TERMS AND CONDITION FOR NEW ZEALAND HOLIDAY CARD LIMITED

The New Zealand Holiday Card (NZ Holidaycard) is a membership card owned and operated exclusively by New Zealand Holiday Card Limited and is governed by the terms and conditions below.

The NZ Holidaycard is not a charge or credit card.
The NZ Holidaycard has a stored value $ 10 Telstra Clear phone credit. The amount of the stored value is subject to periodic review however any changes will be clearly advertised on the NZ Holidaycard website.
NZ Holidaycard membership cards are non transferable and non refundable from the time of purchase.
Once New Zealand Holiday Card Limited accepts your purchase for the NZ Holidaycard and has received your credit card payment, we will arrange for your card to be shipped to your nominated address. Alternatively we may provide a facility for you to collect your membership card upon your arrival in New Zealand.
New Zealand Holiday Card Limited is subject to the Privacy Act 1993, which provides for the fair handling of personal information, and which sets standards for the collection, access, storage and use of personal information. We understand that your privacy is important and you have the right to control it. Personal data collected from you will only be used for the purpose of communicating with you, processing and shipping your card to your nominated address.
Confidentiality of your login code and all passwords for accessing any parts of the NZ Holidaycard website remains your responsibility.
The advertised purchase price for the NZ Holidaycard is in New Zealand dollars and might not be the same price charged to the nominated credit card account due to fluctuations in the exchange rate on the day your payment is processed.
In the unlikely event we need to process a refund, this refund will be processed in New Zealand dollars and the exact amount in your local currency may differ from the original purchase price due to fluctuations in the exchange rate on the day your refund is processed. New Zealand Holiday Card Limited is not liable for the variance in exchange rates.
NZ Holidaycards are valid for the duration of your holiday in New Zealand to a maximum of three (3) months from the date of your arrival in New Zealand.
Your NZ Holidaycard includes a 2 Degreemobile simcard, a $ 10.00 Telstra Clear phone card and 30 minutes free internet usage provided by IAC (Internet Access Company).
New Zealand Holiday Card Limited reserves the right to change the retail value of the NZ Holidaycard at any time without notice. Changes will be clearly advertised on the NZ Holidaycard website and will not affect the value or useability of cards purchased prior to the change of retail value.
Upon presentation of your NZ Holidaycard at each of the operators listed on our website http://www.nzholidaycard.co.nz the operators are obliged to provide you with the listed savings or value add offer subject to the terms and conditions specified by each individual operator.
Operators and their listed savings and promotional offers may change from time to time and are updated on the NZ Holiday Card website. It is your responsibility to regularly visit the website for the latest offers and promotions. New Zealand Holiday Card Limited is not liable for any un-notified changes by the listed operators to their savings and promotional offers. .
Operators may impose a black-out period but this will be listed on the NZ Holidaycard website
In order to claim the savings or promotional offers from the operator you are required to present the NZ Holidaycard at the time you book, purchase or pay for eligible goods and services from the operator. If you make the booking by phone or internet, identify that you hold a NZ Holidaycard. You will still be required to present the card to the operator at the time you redeem your savings or promotional offers.
As a NZ Holidaycard holder you agree to be bound by and observe the terms and conditions applicable to the operators’ goods and services at the time of purchase of the goods and services.
Savings and promotional offers under the NZ Holidaycard cannot be combined with any other third party discount programme unless specifically stated otherwise.
New Zealand Holiday Card Limited are not acting as agents for any of the operators listed on its website, nor are any of the operators listed on the NZ Holidaycard website our agents or otherwise authorized to contractually bind us in any way. If you purchase or acquire any goods or services from the operator, that transaction will be between you and the operator. You will deal with any dispute that you may have with that operator in relation to their goods and services, any representation they make, or any discounts and/or promotional offers they have offered as part of their participation in the New Zealand Holiday Card or any other matters giving cause for a dispute.
NZ Holidaycard membership cards cannot be replaced and no refund will be payable to you if the card is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.
Any tampering with or alteration to the card renders it invalid.
You may be asked by our operators to provide personal information about you when you make a booking. If you provide personal information to any operator than you are governed by that operators’ privacy policy and not ours. You will not hold New Zealand Holiday Card Limited liable for any use of your personal information by any third party.
You acknowledge and agree that apart from where required by law, the New Zealand Holiday Card website and all website content and goods and services provided by New Zealand Holiday Card are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.
You warrant that all information you provide to New Zealand Holiday Card Limited when applying for the NZ Holidaycard is true and correct.
New Zealand Holiday Card Limited will not be held liable for any personal injuries, losses or damages arising from the redemption of any savings or promotional offers by any of its operators as listed on the NZ Holidaycard website.
You acknowledge that apart from where stated to the contrary in these terms and conditions, New Zealand Holiday Card Limited have not made any representations or given any warranties that any particular saving or promotional offer will be available to you on presentation of the NZ Holidaycard or as to the availability, the nature, functionality, quality or fitness of any purpose of any goods and services that you order or acquire from us or from any operator associated with New Zealand Holiday Card Limited.
In case of any dispute between you and the New Zealand Holiday Card Limited our liability to you is strictly limited to the purchase price of the NZ Holiday Card.
New Zealand Holiday Card Limited reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions whenever you use the NZ Holidaycard website.
New Zealand Holiday Card Limited has the sole and exclusive copyright to all logos, trademarks and design features associated with the NZ Holidaycard website. Unauthorised use or copying of the website is strictly prohibited. You may not copy, sell, transfer, distribute, modify, transmit this website without the written permission of New Zealand Holiday Card Ltd.
By purchasing the NZ Holidaycard you acknowledge that you have read and understood the New Zealand Holiday Card Privacy Policy and accept and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the New Zealand Holiday Card.
We may change or vary the look and feel ot this website, the contents of this website or these terms and conditions at any time at our discretion.
We may suspend or terminate the NZ Holidaycard at any time without any liability to you or any other person.
